Each piece is made after your order is placed.

Production time is up to 7 business days.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your delivery or pickup details.

Shipping

We currently ship within Israel only.

Estimated delivery times after your order is ready:

Central Israel: up to 7 business days.
Northern & Southern Israel: up to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Central Israel Deliveries

Deliveries within central Israel are handled directly by Gamzulé.

Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you by email with the relevant delivery information and updates.

Northern & Southern Israel Deliveries

Orders outside central Israel may be delivered using an external delivery service.

Delivery may take up to 10 business days after your order is ready.

Pickup

Free pickup is available from Ramat Gan.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to arrange your pickup.

Shipping Information

Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Gamzulé cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided with the order.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, the recipient being unavailable, or another issue on the customer's side, additional delivery costs may apply if a new delivery needs to be arranged.
