Made to Order
Gamzulé works on a made-to-order basis. Each piece is individually made after your order is placed, allowing us to give every piece the attention and care it requires.
Production time is up to 7 business days before your order is ready for shipment.
As production begins specifically for your order, we recommend reviewing the product details, measurements, and size guide carefully before purchasing.
Our standard return and exchange policy applies to eligible made-to-order pieces.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unworn and unused.
Returned in its original condition.
Returned with all original tags attached.
Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, smoke, pet hair, or any other signs of wear, use, or damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection
Every returned piece is inspected upon arrival.
If an item shows signs of wear, use, washing, alterations, damage, or is returned without its original tags attached, Gamzulé reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange and return the item to the customer.
Any item returned in a condition different from the condition in which it was originally sent may be refused.
This allows us to ensure that every Gamzulé piece reaches its customer in new and perfect condition.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another available piece, please contact us at contact@gamzu-le.com before returning your order.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.
An exchange will be processed only after the original item has been received, inspected, and approved according to our Return Eligibility Policy.
Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items returned without their original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, alterations, or damage.
Gift cards.
Final Sale items or products specifically marked as non-returnable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@gamzu-le.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy
As Gamzulé works on a made-to-order basis, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

Order Cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once production of your piece has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where applicable, any cancellation rights required by consumer protection law will continue to apply.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your shipping address, size, or other order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order at contact@gamzu-le.com.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before production or shipping, but we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible once your order is being prepared.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused upon delivery or returned to Gamzulé due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes where applicable, shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or other associated costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Our Right to Cancel
In rare circumstances, Gamzulé may need to cancel an order before it is shipped. This may include:
A fabric, material, or product becoming unexpectedly unavailable.
Payment authorization issues.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
If Gamzulé cancels your order, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Estimated delivery times after your order is ready:
Central Israel: up to 7 business days.
Northern & Southern Israel: up to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Central Israel Deliveries
Deliveries within central Israel are handled directly by Gamzulé.
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you by email with the relevant delivery information and updates.
Northern & Southern Israel Deliveries
Orders outside central Israel may be delivered using an external delivery service.
Delivery may take up to 10 business days after your order is ready.
Pickup
Free pickup is available from Ramat Gan.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to arrange your pickup.
Shipping Information
Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
Gamzulé cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided with the order.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, the recipient being unavailable, or another issue on the customer's side, additional delivery costs may apply if a new delivery needs to be arranged.
